The Reunion Property Owners Association has a multifaceted job description. The POA, which was created in 2004 and now represents more than 800 families, is first and foremost an advocate for the integrity of the neighborhood and its vibrant quality of life. Maintaining both the beauty and safety of the neighborhood is of the utmost importance and, ultimately, makes Reunion a desirable place to live and raise a family. Homeowner dues provide property surveillance, off-duty patrolling on nights and weekends and maintenance of the neighborhood's five gated entrances.
Additionally, POA dues support family-oriented events and activities throughout the year. The social calendar is full of activities ranging from a neighborhood-wide Easter egg hunt, summer concerts series at the beach, Fourth of July poker run, pool party for rising kindergarteners, Food Truck Friday and more. There is never a dull moment at Reunion!
Perhaps, more than anything, Reunion is known for its incredible amenities. There's a reason the expression "Vacation year-round" is synonymous with the Reunion lifestyle, and POA dues make this possible, as they help offset the cost of maintaining the lakes, pools, playground, walking trails and common areas.
