Lester has been with Reunion since 2004 as of Director of Instruction. In 2001 he received the Teacher of the Year Award for the Gulf States Section of the PGA of America. He has been nominated Best Teacher in the State by Golf Digest from 2000-2005 and was awarded Best Teacher in the State in 2003 & 2004. In 2004, Lester was nominated by Golf Magazine as on of the Top 100 Teachers in America and is a Life Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. Lester works with beginners, high school students, Ladies' & Men's State Amateur Champions, College All-Americans and PGA TOUR Players and has caddied on the Nationwide & PGA TOUR for some of his former students. He attended Mississippi College and Ole Miss has been a golf pro at Lefleur's Bluff, Bay Point Country Club, and previously owned a golf club repair shop.
